We only charge when we successfully collect. When a customer pays their overdue invoice, we take 10% of the collected amount and the remaining 90% goes straight to you. No collection, no charge. Simple as that.

Right now, yes. We integrate directly with QuickBooks Online to pull your invoice data automatically. We're working on adding support for other platforms. If you use something else, join the waitlist and we'll notify you when your platform is supported.

Professional and firm, never hostile. We start with a friendly reminder, then escalate gradually over weeks. Every message is sent on your behalf and designed to preserve your customer relationship. Think of it as the follow-up you'd send if you had the time -- just consistent and persistent.

No problem. If a payment was made outside of our system (like a check or direct bank transfer), just mark it as paid in QuickBooks and we'll stop outreach immediately. We sync with your QuickBooks data regularly so we stay up to date. You're never charged for payments we didn't help collect.

We'll still try. Recovery rates are highest on invoices 30–90 days overdue (~82%), but we've recovered on invoices over a year old. Since you only pay when we collect, there's zero risk in letting us try on older invoices too.

On average, 14 days from connecting your QuickBooks to first recovery. Some invoices resolve within 48 hours (a friendly reminder is all it takes). Others need 4–6 weeks of escalating follow-ups. If we haven't collected after 90 days, we'll recommend next steps — but you're never locked in and never charged.

We pause outreach and flag it for you immediately. Disputed invoices need your input — you know the work better than we do. We'll provide you the customer's stated reason and you decide how to proceed. We never escalate disputed invoices without your approval.
