When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never see your full card number). When you connect QuickBooks, we access your invoice data (customer names, amounts, due dates) solely to provide the collection service.
Your data is used exclusively to operate the InvoiceHawk service: identifying overdue invoices, sending collection reminders, and processing fees. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Each operates under their own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data required for each service to function.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, we delete your QuickBooks data within 30 days. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by tax regulations.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use Stripe for payment processing, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. QuickBooks access uses OAuth 2.0 — we never store your QuickBooks password.
You can request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@invoice-hawk.com. We respond within 30 days.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-focused and does not use cookies or track individual users. No cookie consent banner needed.
